Please review our fair and transparent refund policy for electrical services, including deposits, emergency calls, and materials.

We stand behind our work and aim for complete satisfaction. Our policy ensures fairness for both clients and our business.

Full refund if canceled >72 hours before work. 50% refund if canceled 24-72 hours before. No refund <24 hours (except per Florida law).

We will re-inspect and correct work if unsatisfactory. Unused materials may be returned within 14 days (15% restocking fee).

Emergency calls are non-refundable once dispatched. If resolved before arrival, a $75 trip charge applies.

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty. Warranty repairs are free and not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are processed to the original method within 5–7 business days. Any processing fees are non-refundable.

No refunds for inaccurate info, denied access, code-related changes, or customer-requested changes beyond original scope.

Submit written refund requests within 30 days to info@spectrumll.com. Include invoice and explanation. We respond in 10 business days.
